Is there a limit to how many questions I can ask?
All paid subscribers get unlimited questions. There is no cap on how many times you can text our service. Ask as many questions as you need, whenever you need them. Our $18/month and $99/year plans both include unlimited access.
Do you offer support for RV rental companies?
Yes. We offer fleet licensing for RV rental operators. Our SMS based system handles renter support calls automatically, covering everything from setup and operation questions to troubleshooting. Fleet pricing starts at $200 per month.
Safety and Escalation
Is the troubleshooting advice safe to follow?
All guidance in our knowledge base has been built and vetted by licensed RV technicians. Our system will always advise you to consult a professional for safety critical issues involving propane, high voltage electrical work, or structural modifications. When in doubt, the AI will recommend escalating to a live technician.
Can I speak to a real RV technician?
Yes. Annual subscribers can submit a request and receive a free 15 minute phone consultation with a licensed RV technician. Additional paid consultations are also available for complex issues.
